Following an overwhelming response that saw all slots in the inaugural Team Amazfit HYROX training programme snapped up in less than 24 hours, HYROX’s exclusive global smart wearable partner, Amazfit, has officially announced the launch of Phase 2 in collaboration with EFX24 as HYROX Training Club.
With the HYROX Hong Kong race drawing near, athletes face an escalating demand for hands-on equipment conditioning. The upcoming training camp transitions directly into a fully equipped fitness facility, designed specifically to help competitors conquer technical barriers across functional stations.
Held at EFX24 Siu Sai Wan (Island Resort) in Hong Kong East, this series allows participants to train under authentic equipment resistance. On-site coaches will provide real-time biomechanical adjustments tailored to each participant’s individual weaknesses. This targeted guidance ensures that when fatigue sets in during the final stages of the race, athletes can still operate equipment with optimal mechanical efficiency and avoid expending unnecessary muscular effort.
