以下動作特選給女生,主要為增加軀幹肌肉的刺激,塑造一個flat toned stomach。刻意不選擇類似crunches的動作,因為crunches類動作有可能把腹肌練得過於突出或成方塊狀。

Exercises like crunches have been left out since it helps build the blocky abs muscles which are not what the ladies want. The routine was designed to train a tighter midsection with some emphasis on the obliques to create a flat toned stomach.
