反高潮嘅係,一直強調怕悶嘅佢最初只專注短途賽,原因係可以快啲完快啲返屋企。大概兩年前 (2022),Zero 教練終於扚起心肝完成人生首個全馬,完成時間竟然係2小時28分。訪問當刻,佢好淡然咁講:「sub-3 其實唔係咁難,但我真係唔鍾意跑步,有得揀我會留喺屋企打機。」口氣輕鬆得有如食飽飯落街散個步。是天份嗎? 佢話自己已係同輩中資質最差個! 同樣熱衷打機嘅我,面對呢位初馬2:28嘅世外高人,除咗同自己講聲收皮之外,我都係返出去做嘢先!

消化過後,漸漸理解到 Zero 教練其實提倡緊一種健康且正面嘅跑步心態,求學不是求分數,跑步不是求里數。相信好多跑友臨近比賽都會因訓練而產生壓力 ~ 擔心做唔到配速要求、里數唔夠、食唔晒教練定嘅課表等等,不自覺焦慮起來,因而強迫自己做更多額外訓練,但結果,輕則過度疲勞休息不足,重則引至受傷,惡性循環。

不過,到呢刻我仍然疑惑緊,呢位一直強調自己鍾意打機多過跑步兼自稱無天份,
