Training 要注意
- 要先做伸展運動,熱一熱身
- 雖然話係居家,不過都應穿著合適服裝,地下有瑜伽墊就更好 (無嘅話要著運動鞋)
- 留意家居要有適當空間,唔好搞到打爛嘢
- 屋企要通風
- 做完要多飲水
